The law embodies a perspective, but whose? These three
law and literature CLEs look at the role that racial and gender biases have in
the law through a discussion of three literary works: Susan Keating Glaspell’s
short story, “A Jury of Her Peers,” Ann Petry’s short story, “The
Witness;” and Reginald Rose’s play, “Twelve Angry Men.”
This CLE is approved for credit
through February 25, 2023.
