Law and Literature Trial Trilogy | Race, Gender, And Bias in Three Acts | Trial Act III | “Twelve Angry Men”

The law embodies a perspective, but whose?  These three law and literature CLEs look at the role that racial and gender biases have in the law through a discussion of three literary works: Susan Keating Glaspell’s short story, “A Jury of Her Peers,” Ann Petry’s short story, “The Witness;” and Reginald Rose’s play, “Twelve Angry Men.”
