Court of Justice invalidated the EU-US Privacy Shield program, which thousands of companies used to facilitate
the transfer of personal data from the EU to the US.
On November 3, the voters of California will decide if privacy regulation in California
will undergo further historic changes through the California Privacy Rights Act.
