Through 27 years of practicing law, David Kempston has learned that providing excellent service means focusing on the client relationship. Kempston will share his vision of how to do the ordinary tasks better and by doing so, the client becomes the focus—resulting in improved representation. His approach recognizes that lawyers differ and possess varying inherent customer service skillsets. Regardless of the starting point, however, lawyers can improve their craft if they are willing to learn how to apply principles of great customer service.
