Many lawyers are somewhat familiar
with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 504B that addresses much of the relationship
between landlords and tenants. The distinctions between residential and
commercial evictions can be subtle and
nuanced but also dramatic. These differences arise out of the 504B statute and
also caselaw. This presentation would focus on those differences
and similarities and how the last five years has changed that
comparison.
