The need to work with individuals who are transgender and make
their employment successful is a new focus for many employers. Expert panelists discuss
what the law requires regarding working with individuals who are transgender, as well
as best practice strategies. They
will also address legal remedies available for those individuals who
have not been treated as they should have been.
