The presenters will walk participants
through the wide variety of tools and legal remedies available for consumers
facing foreclosure. The presentation will include a brief overview of the
foreclosure process and discussions of Minnesota statutes and case law governing
options available when borrowers are behind on their mortgage. Topics will
include loan modifications, loan servicing issues, reversing a defective
foreclosure, bankruptcy, and more.

attendees are agreeing to provide future volunteer services.Following the CLE, please join us for the Pro Bono Volunteer Reception
