DUI's with today's legal precedent. A step-by-step discussion from getting pulled over, the Standardized
Field Sobriety Tests, the blood, breath, or urine tests through to the Implied
Consent Hearings and Trials.
The New Lawyers Section business meeting will NOT follow this program.
