Event Description
Deadline to Register: April 17,
2018
Health Care Directives (in the past, they have been called
“Living Wills,” “Health Care Declarations,” “Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care,”
and others) are an important tool
in estate
planning and health care.
These documents allow someone to designate another person to make health
care decisions for them when they are unable to do
so. This course will cover the basics that any
attorney should know before drafting Health Care Directives.
Sponsored by the Elder Law Section New Lawyers
