Most criminal investigations for tax related crimes (such as tax evasion, false statements, and procuring a false return) begin with the tax audit.  Learn more about how criminal investigations begin and how to manage the investigation process.

Tax Law Section meetings are held prior to CLE programs at 2:30PM. All Section members are welcome to attend.
