State v. Lindquist - the Past, Present and Future of Minnesota’s Good-Faith Exception

Learn about State v. Lindquist, 869 N.W.2d 863 (Minn. 2015), where the Minnesota Supreme Court adopted a good-faith exception to the exclusionary rule in the limited situation when law enforcement officers are relying on case law precedent.
