Deadline to Register: Friday, January 15, 2016 if purchasing a box lunch
The Administrative Law Section, in collaboration with the Volunteer Lawyer’s Network and
the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings has launched a new pro
bono program. The goal of the program is to decrease the
number of self-represented litigants in administrative hearings. This CLE is
designed to provide pro bono attorneys with an overview of
maltreatment, disqualification, and human services licensing actions. Presenters will cover the
substantive law that governs these types of cases, procedural
requirements, and best practices for working with pro bono
clients.

This is a brown bag lunch with the option of purchasing a boxed lunch. Bottled water and soft drinks
will be provided. Deadline to order a box lunch is Friday, January
15.
This CLE is being presented as part of the Office of
Administrative Hearing’s 40th Birthday Celebration, which is also
taking place at Mitchell Hamline. After
the program, please help us celebrate!
