There is
no substitute for actual experience. We all know we have learned more from being
in the courtroom and from pooling ideas with our colleagues than we learned in a
classroom. The MSBA Solo & Small Firm Section will host the first in a new
series of CLEs focused on bringing
practitioners together to do just that: pool
ideas and share in each other's best lessons of
experience. Instead of the common speaker format where a few people present and
the audience sits and listens, this Roundtable series will emphasize interactive discussion
and trading wisdom between all the practitioners in the room. A panel of experienced litigators with diverse practices and expertise will fuel the discussion by sharing their best lessons and insights on the challenges of litigation. Come and glean the best tips and practices from your colleagues, and make sure you bring your own to share too!
Lunch is included. The program
will start at 12:15 p.m and has been approved for 1.0 hours of CLE credit.
This will also be a prime opportunity to network with your colleagues in
litigation practice.
