Elder Abuse and Family Law

Statistically, about one in ten older adults in the United States is a victim of abuse, neglect, and/or financial exploitation. Marit Anne Peterson of the Minnesota Elder Justice Center will address legal responses to this difficult problem.

The Family Law Section membership will meet prior to the CLE at 9:30 a.m.
