Presenter:

Sean Dunn is the Co-Founder and Primary Consultant for Orrery Consulting, an ediscovery consulting firm located in Lowertown, Saint Paul.  Prior to founding Orrery, Sean served as a consultant to Medtronic’s Litigation Department.  Over the course of his 15+ years at Medtronic, Sean built Medtronic’s ediscovery solutions and processes and helped build and manage Medtronic’s eDiscovery Response Team.

Sean provides litigators and law firms involved in litigation-like practices with attorney coaching that helps his clients navigate ediscovery-centric areas of their practice.  Sean helps ensure that his clients or their opponents live up their ediscovery obligations.  Sean also provides assistance with the crafting discovery requests and responses, and with prep and prosecution of 26(f) conferences, 30(b)(6) depositions and like procedural instruments.
