Fit to Practice: Cultural Competency in Law Practice

Being prepared for practice means knowing how to work with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds. This panel discussion will provide both new and seasoned lawyers’ advice for overcoming barriers created by social and cultural differences.  The panel attorneys, all board members of the Collaborative Community Law Initiative, a  program to help bridge the justice gap, are a group of skilled attorneys who will  share with you their experiences and stories of working with  clients and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.

The section membership will meet following the CLE at 5:30 pm.
