A panel
of probate and trust litigators face down particular aspects of the impending UTC and
other recent trends and live to tell about it! This panel
will focus on both the practical implications and potential risks associated with
aspects of the New Minnesota UTC as well as notable non-UTC
trends.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The
program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
