Minnesota's Public Access Rules were amended last spring. Digitization
of court files has prompted the amendments. Now many more court records
will be available electronically. Many will be available from any computer in the state. Some more will be available on computers at any courthouse. Before you file a document, you should know how accessible it will be. Karen Cole will give an overview of the new rules and some advice on how to make sense of them.
