The summer was not quiet for environmental law practitioners. This CLE will provide an overview on significant environmental law developments that occurred between June and August, including the controversial Waters of the United States rule, MPCA citizen board elimination and other Minnesota legislative actions, Michigan v EPA and EPA’s Clean Power Plan.

Breakfast and registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.. The program will begin at 8:00 a.m.
