Curious about different styles of mediation? Not sure
if the orientation of the mediator makes a difference? Join us in viewing
a series of video clips demonstrating specific aspects of mediation as played
out in the same civil mediation role play by different mediators. Topics include
defining the mediator role, ground rules, opening questions, evaluating risks
and more. Mediators include Jim Dunn, Ken Fox, Justice James Gilbert (ret), Lela
Love and Linda Mealey-Lohmann. Special thanks to MN CLE and
Aimee Gourlay for creating these videos and allowing us to share
them.
A brief section business meeting will be
held at Noon followed immediately by the CLE presentation from 12:15-1:15
p.m.
Lunch is not provided but please feel free
to bring your own!
