Event Description
Deadline to Register: Thursday, May 21, 2015
This is the program to attend for a complete review of all
things health care that occurred during the 2015 Legislative session and what it
all means for you and your clients. The Health Law Section is very pleased
to present three panelists who have had their fingers on the pulse
of the session from the prospective of health plans, providers and policymakers.
Speakers include:

The discussion will include a summary of
the hot topics from the 2015 session, including the future of MinnesotaCare; a
discussion of the Health and Human Services finance bill; health plan coverage
of telemedicine; the Right to Try Act; changes in provider reimbursement; the
Minnesota Compassionate Care Act; and many other important issues.
Lunch and
registration will start at 11:45 a.m. The CLE program will start
at 12:15- p.m. As part of the annual meeting, the section will elect
new officers and council members for the 2015-2016 term.
