Join criminal defense attorney and radio/TV news
commentator Jack Rice for a discussion of communicating and relating to people
of cultures different than your own to build trust and your practice. Mr. Rice
is a board member of CDSI,
a reduced fee program (low bono) serving the poor charged with crimes. Their
clients include African American, Hmong, and Latino clients. In addition to his
former service as a CIA officer, Jack Rice is an international journalist and
television commentator, Jack has
interviewed Presidents and Prime Ministers and worked in warzones
from Iraq, Afganistan, Palestine, Darfur, Guantanamo Bay, Haiti, and Kosovo. A consummate story teller, he is uniquely qualified to speak on relating to international clients.
Lunch will be provided for
in-person attendees.
