The
revised representation case rules will be effective on April 14, 2015. NLRB Regional Director Marlin Osthus will review how a representation petition is processed from docketing through post-election matters, explaining how changes in the Board’s rules and regulations impact various steps in the processing of the petition.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 am. The program will begin at noon.
