The Construction Law Section presents: Design-Build or Design-Bust: Design-Build - Contracting Under the New AIA Design-Build Documents. Mr. Mark Becker will be discussing key features of the new AIA design-build contracts that became available in the summer of 2014, and the trends that likely will carry through to future generations of AIA contracts.
Lunch and registration will begin at noon. The program will begin at 12:15.
