Employment Law Issues for the Poverty Law Attorney: FMLA and Disability

Series Program 2: This presentation will address the basic elements of possible FMLA and disability claims under state and federal law. The CLE will introduce participants to a subset of relevant employment law topics while providing guidance on issue spotting, remedies and client resources/ referrals in order to comply with ABA model Rule 6.1: Voluntary Pro Bono Public Service.  

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30. The program will begin at noon.
