Stay on top of new developments in Minnesota construction law by joining us
for the 2014 Annual Case Law Update on December 12, 2014. We'll discuss key
cases from the Minnesota Supreme Court, Minnesota Court of Appeals, and federal
courts on construction law. For the last several years, Stinson Leonard
Street has provided an excellent overview of construction cases issued in the
prior year. Once again, Stinson Leonard Street will distribute an Annual Case Law
Update containing summaries of practically every Minnesota State and Eighth
Circuit construction case issued in the past year. The Annual Case Law Update is
one of the most anticipated events of the year for the Construction Law Section
and shouldn't be missed.
All
proceeds from this program will be donated to the Emergency Food Shelf Network
on behalf of the MSBA Construction Law Section. Section members that cannot
