Bankruptcy and Successor Liability in Discrimination Claims

Event Description

What happens to a discrimination claim when the defendant declares or threatens bankruptcy? What happens when a discrimination defendant ceases to do business, but another entity pops up in its place? This presentation will focus on strategic options for parties – and government investigators – when addressing discrimination claims against distressed or bankrupt defendants.
