October 3rd, the Section is presenting its annual Legislative Update. Legislative Committee Co-Chairs Dean Thomson and Gary Thaden will present
summaries of the legislation passed last year that will affect your practice and
construction industry clients, with special emphasis on the new “responsible
contractor” law and the new indemnity and insurance statute relating to design
professionals.
