Bland, Executive Director of Public Justice and a leading expert on mandatory
arbitration will be providing an update on litigation and policy trends related
to mandatory arbitration and class action waivers. In this seminar, Mr. Bland will discuss
legal trends with respect to determining whether arbitration agreements and
class action waivers are enforceable, and will also discuss the status of
regulatory and legislative action that may change the current landscape. Mr. Bland is renowned not just for his
legal advocacy and expertise, but also for his wicked sense of humor—this is a
lunch you don’t want to miss!
Lunch
will begin at Noon, followed by the CLE program from 12:15 p.m. - 1:15
p.m.
