Judge
Sanberg and Dennis Ryan will discuss the bankruptcy court's authority to hear
disputes following the Supreme Court's decisions in Stern v. Marshall and
Executive Benefits v. Arkison, and acceptance of certiorari in Wellness
International Network v. Sharif.
Dennis Ryan will also discuss the strategy and procedures surrounding
these jurisdictional issues.
