You
probably know that Transformative Mediation is used by the US Postal Service to
resolve disputes between current employees, but what about using it for
commercial disputes or other types of disputes? Dan Simon has successfully used a pure
transformative approach to mediate commercial, business, personal injury,
employment, workplace, probate and family cases. Learn why this philosophy and method
apply to all cases, regardless of subject matter; and learn how this philosophy
can improve your work as a mediator and as an advocate.
A
brief section business meeting will be held at Noon with the CLE presentation
beginning at 12:15 p.m.
