ADR Section Annual Membership Meeting, Elections and
CLE
Join the ADR Section for its annual ADR Ethics in Practice CLE. Watch
as the ADR Section Executive Council acts out realistic vignettes that place
mediators in tough ethical spots. We’ll confront situations involving mediator
"leaking"/confidentiality, conflicts of interest, challenges to
self-determination, impartiality, and the ethical, legal and moral standards
that may be implicated when a mediator is subpoenaed to testify about a past
mediation. For each vignette, presenters will lead a lively, interactive
discussion about what ethical standards are implicated and the best ways for
mediators to respond.
As this is the annual meeting for the ADR Section, lunch
will be provided for those in attendance.
