Scott will present information on avoiding malpractice and ethics complaints in
bankruptcy practice, including real life malpractice examples and practical
advice for avoiding troubles with bankruptcy clients.
Mr. Scott presently serves as a Vice
President of Risk Management for Minnesota Lawyer's Mutual, and has been with
MLM for 12 years. He is a 1992
graduate of Hamline University Law School and presently serves an adjunct
professor of legal studies at Hamline University.
