Event Description
Jeff Oberman, one of Minnesota's
most experienced employment attorneys and CLE presenters, and author of the
"Minnesota Employment Contracts" chapter in the Business Law Series
publication, "Representing the Ongoing Business" deskbook, will
discuss common mistakes made by employers and attorneys relating to
Minnesota employment contracts, including mistakes that often lead to
litigation. He will address traps relating to employment and
executive agreements, non-compete agreements and bonus/commission
agreements, and successful drafting and implementation tips and strategies
to help employers protect their business interests and decrease litigation
risks.
Lunch will be provided.
