What does the FCC have to do with mHealth?

The Federal Communications Commission plays a surprisingly broad role in regulation of mHealth devices, apps, and services.  This presentation will provide an overview of the FCC’s mHealth activities, including topics as diverse as the Healthcare Connect Fund, Medical Body Area Networks, and the FCC’s memorandum of understanding with the FDA.

The Section Council will hold a brief business meeting before the CLE at 11:45.
