This
presentation will focus on complex Stark Law implementation issues. The presentation will include in-depth
analysis and operational challenges regarding the following: Fair market value, commercial
reasonableness, real estate complexities including time share leasing
arrangements, and non-cash arrangements including non-monetary compensation and
medical staff incidental benefits.
This presentation will also discuss how to effectively perform a Stark
Law audit in order to insure Stark Law compliance. Finally, the presentation will discuss
the Self-Referral Disclosure Protocol with Bob Wade covering his experience in
using the Protocol with his clients.

- 9:00 a.m.
