One of the most important aspects
of being a lawyer is the opportunity each of us has to interact with so many
different types of people across generations, cultures, gender, race, ability,
and class. Understanding our own unconscious biases as lawyers in any
category can significantly impact how we practice law in the new "normal."
In this session, we will focus on identifying our own biases and on how
Minnesota culture impacts how we interact with clients, colleagues, and each
other.
