Has the #MeToo movement changed how sexual harassment cases are litigated? Have plaintiff and/or defense lawyers changed how they evaluate potential sexual harassment lawsuits? Have employers changed how they evaluate their liability and exposure when responding to potential sexual harassment lawsuits? What has been the impact of #MeToo on non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements when settling sexual harassment cases? Hear answers to these questions and more by a panel of experienced employment attorneys.

Registration and lunch begin at 11:45 am.  The program will begin at Noon.
