The resentment between
decision-makers in big corporate cases is real. Distrust and demonization
also occur between personal injury plaintiffs and insurance companies. In
this session, Dan Simon will explain how even cases with no past or future
relationship are relational. Showing clips from a simulated personal
injury mediation, he’ll demonstrate how the transformative approach settles
cases and leads to parties feeling good about the outcome.
