Private equity firms are increasingly targeting healthcare

healthcare organizations in private equity deals, including working with an
investment banking firm, planning for due diligence, choosing the right private
equity firm, negotiating transaction agreements, and working through unique
regulatory issues. The panelists will offer practice perspectives on how private
