Short Sale 101: What Family Law Attorneys Need To Know

Event Description


 Michael Kohler will be examining the short sale process outlining the benefits of completing a short sale and the detriments of succumbing to foreclosure as related to family law. Statistics will be discussed including: past, present and projected short sale statistics and the projected national impact of adjustable rate mortgages on the housing market. Additionally, case studies will be presented examining short sales and the pitfalls to avoid when dealing with divorce.

Michael is a 4th generation real estate professional with 18 years of experience with expert knowledge in distressed transactions ranging from short sales, pre-foreclosures, divorce, estate, and probate situations.
