Annual Meeting:
The Health Law Section's Annual Meeting will be held at
Noon followed immediately by the CLE presentation from 12:15-1:15 p.m. As
part of the annual meeting, the section will elect new officers and council
members for the 2018-2019 term.
CLE Program Description:
The Health Law Section is pleased to once again present a
summary of the health care landscape from the recent legislative session.
Senator Tony Lourey, senior DFL member of the Senate Health Committee, and a GOP
legislator to be determined, will provide insight on what is shaping up to be a
pivotal year for the healthcare industry in Minnesota. The program will be
moderated by Kevin Goodno, a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron and former
Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Please join us for a delicious Town &
Country networking lunch and program that will help you respond knowledgeably to
health care developments as they occur.
