Description:
Retired Hon. James M. Rosenbaum served on the federal
bench for 25 years for the District of Minnesota. He now works as neutral,
assisting parties with alternative dispute resolution in both arbitration and
mediation. Famously funny and unvarnished, the luncheon will include an
interview with Judge Rosenbaum on his views about how parties can successfully
resolve consumer cases as well as about his observations about ADR more
generally. The luncheon will also feature an extended question and answer
