11:45 a.m.; the Annual Elections Meeting will begin at 12 Noon with
the CLE program to follow at 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm.

The Food, Drug & Device Law
Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association is sponsoring a program on
today’s current trends in FDA compliance and enforcement.
A panel of in-house and private practice lawyers and regulatory professionals share
their perspectives on pressing legal and regulatory enforcement issues.
The panel features Shirley Boyd, Associate General Counsel
of Cargill; Josh Kim, Lead Food Lawyer at Josh Kim Food and Feed Law LLC; and
Dr. Joy Frestedt, President and CEO of Frestedt Inc. Sheva Sanders, Health
Care Industry Leader at Stinson Leonard Street LLP, will moderate.
Section Annual Meeting and Council Elections:
As
part of the Food, Drug and Device Law Section’s annual meeting, the
Section will elect new officers and council members for the 2018-2019 term. All
section members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting.
