Annual Election Meeting will start at Noon,
followed promptly by the CLE program from 12:15 - 1:45
pm.
Annual Meeting & Council Elections:
As part of
the Social Security Disability Law Section's Annual Meeting, the section will
elect new officers and council members for the 2018-2019 bar term.
Nominations are being accepted for two-year council terms starting on
July 1 and ending on June 30, 2020. Persons interested in serving on the
Council should contact Geen Mui to be
added to the slate of candidates.
Presentation:
The Social
Security Disability (SSD) Law Section of the Minnesota Bar Association presents
to you featured guest attorney Karl Osterhout of Osterhout Berger Disability
Law. Karl has his law practice in Pennsylvania and has experience in federal
court appeals. The program will discuss insights for pre and post hearing briefs
with tips on having proper documentation of the Medical Source Statement (MSS)
in conjunction with the new rules.
