Program
Description:
Antitrust law keeps adjusting and
evolving. This presentation will discuss recent developments under Sections
One and Two of the Sherman Act, mergers and acquisitions, and class
certification. Please join us for lunch, our annual meeting, and a concise
and informative CLE designed to keep us all up to date on the latest
developments in antitrust law.
