Program
Description:
A hallmark of dispute
resolution processes is the neutrality or impartiality of the neutral. But
what does that really mean? Professor Sharon Press, Director of the
Mitchell Hamline School of Law Dispute Resolution Institute will explore the
concept of impartiality as required under Rule 114 for all “neutrals.” In
particular, Press will encourage participants to consider whether we mean the
same thing across the various processes.
