Dax
is a CPA, financial consultant, mediator, and expert witness specializing in
simple to complex financial litigation cases, primarily in the area of divorce
and family law. Dax frequently serves as a Court-appointed financial
expert to assist judges, attorneys and parties in resolving marital and
non-marital asset/debt valuation and allocation, income determination, child
support and spousal maintenance issues. Dax serves as an FENE evaluator, a
court-appointed Rule 706 neutral financial expert and is designated as a
Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of
Practice.
