In this
one-hour CLE, Administrative Law Judge Eric L. Lipman will review key practice
tips for discovering, presenting and confronting the testimony of
specially-skilled witnesses in your next contested case. This course will
be a useful skill builder for any new administrative lawyer as well as a handy
refresher for any litigator who is appearing in court on behalf of
clients.
Lunch is provided. Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The
program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
