The Eighth Circuit recently tackled the issue of notice to
a debtor’s known and unknown creditors in Dahlin v. Lyondell Chemical
Company, --- F.3d --- (8th Cir. January 26, 2018). This presentation will address the
important Bankruptcy Code notice and due process issues raised in that
decision along with a host of other notice requirements that arise in a variety
of bankruptcy case contexts.
