We’ll cover some of the biggest headlines from 2017 that will impact class action litigation going forward, including the Supreme Court’s personal jurisdiction decision in Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Seventh Circuit’s rejection of the Subway settlement, the proposed revisions to Rule 23’s class settlement provisions, the continuing circuit split on ascertainability, and more.
